What to expect: 
Up to 3 to 4 one-hour online/on-site sessions with experts from IDEAM at TUS Limerick; 
Initial 1-hour online meeting, followed by coordinated discussions (online or in-person); 
A review of your digital readiness using a suitable digital maturity assessment; 
Characterisation of your innovation potential and assessment of your fit for funding schemes; 
Identification and prioritisation of innovation opportunities and matching funding supports; 
Analysis of a relevant innovation, digitalisation or sustainability use-case;
Mentorship from a Digital Strategist on funding types, qualifying costs and application process;
A tailored funding report including timelines, methodologies and strategic recommendations; 
A proposal template and expert support to develop and finalise a funding application (target range: €10,000 – €65,000);
Structured discussion on company priorities and guidance to further relevant services.
