What to expect: You will get up to 3 hours of support from the experts at the IDEAM Research Institute based at the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), Limerick. During this expert led service the IDEAM team will provide: • An introduction to the FactoryXChange support mechanisms and measures; • An initial Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) completed through the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) Network portal. This is a guided assessment of your company's "Digital Maturity" based on the "Digital Maturity Assessment Tool" provided by the European Commission and provides a benchmark report and comparison to your competitors. The final DMA report will address your companies scores across six dimensions: 1. Digital Business Strategy; 2. Digital readiness; 3. Human-centric digitalisation; 4. Data governance; 5. Automation and Artificial Intelligence; & 6: Green Digitalisation. • A follow up to support your interpretation of specific aspects including a structured discussion on your company’s priorities, and direction to appropriate services and further supports.
