    Service users include enterprises (micro/startup, small and medium-sized enterprises, mid-cap) and public organizations (public schools, public hospitals, public bodies providing services without charge)[

    Yes, multiple users from the same company can register and book services as needed.
  • What happens if I exceed my discount allocation?
    If you exceed your discount allocation, a refund will be offered. Unique circumstances for exceeding the threshold will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • What happens after we sign the docusign?
    DocuSign is a secure electronic signature platform used to confirm formal documents, including the declaration form required for your Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA). Once the declaration is signed, you will receive your DMA assessment results. Based on these insights, a Digital Strategist will guide you in selecting the most suitable services to enhance your digital transformation journey.
