Designed to bridge the gap between school curriculums and industry needs, this half-day tour invites students to step inside a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, meet industry researchers, and engage in exciting STEM-based activities. By showcasing cutting-edge technologies and career opportunities, this tour empowers young minds to envision their future in advanced manufacturing.

The Future Makers Tour is a 2-hour interactive experience designed to ignite curiosity and foster enthusiasm for STEM careers. It includes:
Guided Tour of IMR’s Facility: Explore cutting-edge technologies in areas such as Design for Manufacturing, Digitisation, Robotics and Automation, and Sustainability.
Engagement with Industry Researchers: Meet IMR’s experts and gain hands-on exposure to real-world applications of advanced manufacturing.
Interactive STEM Activity: Participate in a fun and innovative activity led by the Ideas Made Real team to spark creativity and interest in STEM fields.
The service is available to throughout the academic school year, with morning and afternoon tours available accommodating up to 40 students per tour.
