Pre-improvement review of your existing operations and production processes
The Engineer’s Line Walk is a 2-day, in-person review of your business processes, equipment, and people — focused on aligning your operations with strategic business objectives. It’s the ideal starting point for any improvement, automation, or digitisation project.
Led by experienced industrial advisors, this service helps you assess your current state, identify gaps, and build a foundation for future investments. The final report and process flow diagrams can support funding applications, technology specifications, or the development of digital transformation roadmaps.
Additional advisory services, such as support with grant applications, training needs analysis, and supply chain development, are available for a fee.
