About the Event

Event Description

Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR), in partnership with the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) and I-Form, will host the next NSAI TC49/SC02 Additive Manufacturing Standards Committee Meeting.


This full-day, in-person Open Access Event offers attendees a deep dive into the current and emerging standards landscape for Additive Manufacturing (AM), including the strategic role of standards in enabling research and industrialisation. Attendees will connect with peers across industry and research, share knowledge, and contribute to the future direction of AM standardisation in Ireland and beyond. 


The event will feature: 

  • The official NSAI TC49/SC02 committee meeting;

  • Research updates from IMR and I-Form; &

  • A guided tour of IMR’s advanced AM pilot-scale facility.
