What to expect:
A review of your FactoryXChange registration and appropriate support mechanisms and measures
A guided review of your company’s digital readiness using appropriate maturity assessment tools and best international practice. Where appropriate, this includes engagement (hybrid or on-site) with different function leads within your company (duration: up to 5 days)
Support to interpret specific aspects and outcome reporting
Identification of a digitalisation roadmap based on maturity, capacity and competence analysis
Identification of key pilot digitalisation projects and advice on relevant technology development
Structured discussion on your company’s priorities, and direction to appropriate services and further supports
An initial 1-hour engagement online can be booked through the portal, and further discussions (online or in-person) will be coordinated directly with the company.
