Identify and resolve system integration issues before equipment delivery
This CYBERLYNK service enables manufacturers, system integrators, and OEMs to identify and resolve network-oriented system integration issues earlier in the project lifecycle, accelerating time to production and de-risking commissioning.
Traditionally, network-oriented integration issues between equipment and control systems only emerge during commissioning/Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), after equipment has been delivered. This often results in project delays, unplanned costs, inefficient use of engineering resources, and extended commissioning timelines.
CYBERLYNK closes this gap by enabling engineers to securely carry out pre-SAT integration testing during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) phase.
Using CYBERLYNK’s cybersecure integration device, machines and control systems can be securely & seamlessly connected and tested earlier, while remaining at their respective vendor locations.CYBERLYNK enables both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint (multi-node) fully end-to-end encrypted connections, ensuring secure communication across all connected systems.
This solution operates without system reconfiguration or additional software installation.
In summary, CYBERLYNK allows network-oriented integration issues to be identified and resolved before equipment arrives at the customer site, significantly reducing risk during on-site commissioning/SAT.
