At PepsiCo, he works as a Supply Chain Data Scientist, applying AI to optimise operations and decision-making. Previously, at Dell Technologies, he led advanced NLP initiatives including root cause analysis using CNNs, RNNs, and BERT models; topic modelling with LDA; classification using BiLSTM; and forecasting systems to improve service levels and workforce planning. He also developed early warning systems to proactively manage volume-capacity gaps.
