Paul helps manufacturers remove supply chain risk and build operational resilience through applied AI. With experience deploying machine learning solutions at Apple and IBM, as well as working with SMEs, he understands both global scale complexity and practical, implementable solutions. His work focuses on making risk mitigation and decarbonisation operationally viable, not theoretical. Paul holds a PhD in Machine Learning, an MSc in Finance, and an MRes in Risk & Uncertainty, combining technical depth with commercial and decision-making expertise. Sandeep is an AI & ML Specialist with deep expertise in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI. He brings strong industry experience across global organisations including PepsiCo, Johnson Controls, Dell Technologies, and Tata Consultancy Services. At PepsiCo, he works as a Supply Chain Data Scientist, applying AI to optimise operations and decision-making. Previously, at Dell Technologies, he led advanced NLP initiatives including root cause analysis using CNNs, RNNs, and BERT models; topic modelling with LDA; classification using BiLSTM; and forecasting systems to improve service levels and workforce planning. He also developed early warning systems to proactively manage volume-capacity gaps. Sandeep specialises in translating unstructured data into actionable intelligence and building production-grade AI systems that directly improve operational performance.
