Open Call Description:
The PENELOPE is a H2020 project that aims at helping the European large-part manufacturing sector to achieve superior quality and precision while allowing the fast deployment of products highly customised for unique customer needs. This Early Adopters Programme (EAP), is addressed to European manufacturing interested in acquiring competitive knowledge, methodology and tools for intelligent, high-precision large-parts manufacturing from PENELOPE Partners.Â
The Early Adopters Program will select a minimum of 6 Manufacturing European SMEs, MidCaps and Large Organisations that will receive FOR FREE one Penelope Package consisting of a Service + Training. The package service will be provided by the PeneloPe Open Didactic Factories Network (AIMEN, LMS, BIBA, Tecnalia, SamXL, CEA List). Selected entities will be able to choose one, the most suitable training and service for their production process among all PENELOPE solutions listed here.Â

Submit your proposal through this link prior to the deadline: 30.06.24 23:00, Brussels Time
Together with the legal details of your company, provide a short description of:
a. Your manufacturing process
b. Background and ambition for testing the selected solutions/package
c. Envisaged results and their impact (sectors addressed, current and envisaged innovation, KPIs)
d. Objectives and challenges for implementing the selected services/training.
Applications will be evaluated by a committee based on alignment with PENELOPE Project goals and the selected solution/package
Each category will be scored with a maximum of 5 points
Selected participants have to confirm their conformity with the assigned Host and solution/package within 7 days after reception of the formal notification via email
Who is the Open Call designed for:
Any European manufacturing company interested in acquiring competitive knowledge, methodology and tools for intelligent, high-precision large-parts manufacturing from the PENELOPE Partners and registered in any Member State of the European Union and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) or in any Horizon 2020 Associated Country or in the United Kingdom.
