Open Call Description:
The Horizon Europe-funded JARVIS project has launched its first open call to support the development and testing of cutting-edge solutions in human-robot interaction.
This open call is aimed at startups, SMEs, and industry partners across Europe, including Ireland, working on innovative AI and robotics technologies that advance industrial automation and collaboration.
Applicants are invited to submit proposals addressing key challenge areas such as:
Human Augmentation;
Agile Collaborative Robotics;
Generative AI for Human-Robot Collaboration;
Industrial Human-Centric Robotics Applications.
What to Offer
Up to €130,000 in equity-free funding per selected pilot;
Total open call budget: €1,040,000;
Access to advanced JARVIS tools, testbeds, and infrastructure;
Collaboration with leading research and industrial partners; &
Comprehensive technical and business support throughout the pilot.
Who Can Apply?
Consortia of 2–3 organisations are eligible to apply.
Each consortium must include:
A technology adopter;
A technology provider; &
An optional research partner.
Eligible applicants include start-ups, SMEs, and industry partners established in EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries.
Application Process
Submission window: 5 March 2025, 00:00 CET – 16 May 2025, 17:00 CET.

Proposals will be evaluated based on innovation, impact, and alignment with JARVIS objectives.
Selected consortia will participate in a structured pilot programme divided into three implementation sprints.
