How we act
Our foundations are the core principles that shape who we are and how we act. They keep us grounded and focused on our mission. They guide us and help us to create communications that are customer centric, clear, and engaging. Like the values and beliefs that define a person, our foundations establish what we care about and what we prioritise – and ultimately influence how people perceive our brand.
Agility: As disruptive technologies and industry changes reshape the world as we know it, manufacturers need innovative ways to stay ahead of evolving technologies. We equip them for the future by offering solutions that enable organisations to remain resilient in a rapidly changing world.
People first: We see how the power of Industry 5.0 can improve lives through efficiencies, automation, and big data. As digital technologies progress and manufacturers’ roles shift, we enable digital evolution and process optimisation with a focus on the human impact.
Accessibility: We democratise the transformative power of technology and digitisation — enabling progress by connecting organisations directly to resources, mentors, and opportunities through a simple, intuitive digital hub.
Progress: We are a dynamic platform driving change, innovation, and progress – going beyond digital survival and pushing boundaries for the betterment of people, communities, and the planet, across all sectors of life.
Introduction to the Digital Strategist Programme:
FXC offers a comprehensive and flexible range of services to enterprises and public organisations with a menu of options that are tuned to their specific and immediate needs. As many studies have shown, the successful implementation of Digital Transformation can be particularly challenging, particularly for smaller enterprises.
To overcome these barriers, FXC contributes the support of an experienced and expert consultant, a Digital Strategist (DS), to each target audience customer.
This support is envisioned to be provided at the beginning of the customer organisation’s digital transformation and will assess the initial Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) of the enterprise or public organisation, provide direction on an appropriate digitalisation roadmap, identify appropriate Advanced Digital Technologies, co-create new services with the customer and assess their experience, impact and benefits.
A DS is defined as a person already operating in the innovation ecosystem, with experience of one, or many services mentioned in the five portfolios of FXC. The DS who has been designated by the consortium is considered the expert, honest and trustworthy broker of services.
The five portfolios of FXC Marketplace include services relating to;
Data (Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Value Chain)
Business (support to find investment)
Ecosystem (innovation ecosystem and networking)
Skills (skills and training), and
Technology (test before invest).
Through the Digital Strategist Programme, customers on the island of Ireland will always be within a 90-minute journey from a trusted broker who can connect them to the digital capacities offered through FXC. The EDIH will ensure the competence and experience of the certified DSs and through continuous professional development and quality and learning feedback loops that will ensure a high quality of support available as the project rolls-out.
