FXC Reference Number: TIMR11465 This service offering from IMR has been co-created with our clients, through 3 years of 1-to-1 design consultations, resulting in part innovation for our customers. Once booked, you will have access to 5 days from our in-house digitalisation support, through the design for manufacturing team. What to expect: The service consists of three elements to help you realise your part innovation now. - 1-to-1 online consultation: Before conducting a thorough probing and/or scan of your part an online Teams meeting will take place. - 1-page technical report: A surface comparison report of the part will be produced including an assessment of surface deviations from the scan data of the part to nominal CAD surfaces, represented in a heat map visualisation format. - 2 days of data extraction: Our in-house engineer will be available to support you and your team to begin your chosen pathway to part innovation which may include the generation of conceptual drawings and more. This service is delivered virtually, via Microsoft Teams, however in unique circumstances onsite delivery can be arranged.
